A world leader at the heart of automotive technology in Europe

NGK Ceramics Europe is a HONEYCERAM ® substrate production plant. It is part of the international group NGK Insulators, created in 1919 in Japan.

The NGK Group mission

Based on various technologies perfected over the years, the NGK Group has concentrated its efforts in three sectors of activity (3E): Ecology, Energy and Electronics.
Always looking towards the future, the NGK Group is determined to take up major industrial challenges by proposing advanced technological solutions primarily using ceramics.

Settled in Baudour since 1985

The NGK Ceramics Europe plant is located in the heart of Hainaut and of Europe, in Baudour close to the city of Mons. It was built in response to the increased demand for ceramic catalyst support (substrate). It has now been a strategic supplier for the worldwide automotive industry for several decades.
